We have some workflows that we don't want to reply to, but currently, there is nothing in the email notification they receive to let employees know not to reply to the notifications. What's the quickest or simplest way to accomplish this?
This is old, but looking for answers today found this is part of service desk projects under the project settings > customer notifications > edit templates.
Thanks for the reply. I found a workaround by changing the email templates that get used with the various notifications. I wanted to edit the name attached to the email address used, but doing it this way ensures people see it and read it to see what the response is to their queries.
