How do I add a component in Jira Agile?

I am trying to somehow use component as a theme in JIRA Agile. I cannot find a way how to add a component. I have added epics and stories, however, themes are still missing and as I read in some answers the best way is to use components for themes...

Please help.

If you add the component to the Jira project, that should do it.
