How do I add a multi-select filter to my Kanban board?

I found a help link (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/show-or-hide-issues-on-your-board/) that says there are four default multi-select filters that are available on Kanban boards -- Assignee, Epic, Label and Type. These are the ones that appear over the custom Quick Filters.

We want to create another multi-select filter based on our customer list. Because we have so many, it isn't practical to make quick filters for each one. Is there a way for us to add a multi-select filter for our Kanban?

Welcome to the community.

Unfortunately, you can not create your own multi-select filters. You can only create quick-filters.
