How do I add a team member to a project management template?

Hello, how can I add a team member to a project management template? 

How do I add a team? 

I have read the support info available and there's no mention of it.

Hi Jessica - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Go to Project Settings > People to add someone to a project. 

You cannot add a person to a "template" so they show up for any new project created using that template. People must always be added after the fact.
