How do I add the Agile Menu Item back?

We've changed around our team members, and we had an Agile menu available to us in our JIRA and now it's gone. I've scoured all the possible options and I've scoured the Internet, and I can't figure out how to get it back.

Perhaps you have disabled JIRA Agile from your account, Philip?

You can try to add it again using the Administrator menu Discover new applications.

You can find it by clicking in the "cog icon" located at the JIRA top menu.
