How do I assign issues to multiple users?

I've managed to set up a group and assigned the 2 users in questions.

Not surewhat to do next and how?

You can't assign to multiple users, Jira does not do that.

I create a dummy account and add it to the group. For example, the group "developers" contains users called Alice, Bob, Charlie and Developers. Alice, Bob and Charlie are humans, Developers is a dummy account which points at an email list (maintained on the email system) that includes Alice, Bob and Charlie.
