You cannot change it but it is a simple matter of creating a new Kanban board using the very same filter used for the Sprint. Once you get it all set up the way you want just delete the Scrum board.

I agree with Jack; however, rather delete the board you can encourage your team to be creative and to use the Scrum board to help manage ideation or to organize tasks. Kanban boards also have a backlog option which allow for development teams to slowly transition into an agile environment/practice.
