I am a Jira admin on our managed cloud account. I have an employee who recently got married and needs to change their email. I have followed documentation and gone to the Admin portal > Users > User Details, where you're supposed to be able to change it, and i have no interface that allows me to change it. See attachment. When I click the ellipsis at the top right it just gives me two options 1) Prompt reset password 2) Remove user. The email address and other account information below that are all static and do not allow me to click on them.
Am I missing something? Is the documentation wrong? How can I change a user's email address?
Did you solve this problem? I have a user to whom I sent a "suggest changes" request on the Admin pages; she accepted it to reset her email. But it still shows the old email address, as if it did not go through.
