How do I change my board view?

I have a board where the UserStory card shows different when there are subtasks.  See image below.  How can I reset this view so it goes back to default.  I do not want User Stories with sub-tasks to be displayed like they are in the image below.  It makes viewing the board painful.

Hi Billy,

If you go to the 3 dots in the top right and then click Board Settings.
Then if you click 'Swimlanes', do you see the option to switch the 'Base swimlanes on' to a default option that makes it go back to normal?
