How do I change permissions on a Confluence page without upgrading to premium?

I am a site admin and unable to remove restriction for a confluence page where the author has left. I keep being asked to upgrade to premium.

Hi @Andrew Ihekwoaba ,

The instructions at https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/permissions-and-restrictions-in-the-free-plan-976780167.html will walk you through removing the permissions and opening the space to all users.
