How do I change the date field format in JIRA 5.0.2

HI,

How do I change the following date field format in JIRA 5.0.2?

Created: 4/14/2011 06:07 PM
Updated: Today 12:29 AM
Resolved: 4/26/2011 12:19 AM

I wanted show all the above date fields format like given below on JIRA view issue screen page and as well as on issue navigator.

Date of First Response: 26/Apr/11 12:19 AM
Last Resolution Date: 26/Apr/11 12:19 AM
Last Closed Date: 26/Apr/11 6:23 PM

Is it possible to change these field format in JIRA?

This does not work because the "Date of First Response" is a custom field of type "Date of First Response" and is not affected by changes to date formats as described in link.
