Is there a way to configure JIRA so that when you drag a ticket from Column A to Column B that it goes to the top of Column B? Instead of the bottom of Column B.
If your board is sorted by rank (or, perhaps, even if it's not, though the move to the top may not persist), after you drag and drop you can type the keyboard shortcut st to send that issue to the top of its column.
Note this works in Jira Server; I assume, but am not certain, that it works in Jira Cloud.
