How do I configure a Kanban Board to be a feature or default project type? for all projects?

I would like to know if there is a way to configure the "project type as "Kanban board" as a default type across projects when users login into Jira from the client page.

So for example:

When a user logs in to the client version of Jira, the first thing he/she should see the configured "Kanban board" type by default and I would like this to be applied across all projects.

How do I do that?
