How do I create a RACI matrix template in JIRA work management?

My team needs to prepare a RACI matrix for all projects involving 7 different teams from our organization. Is there an available template for RACI matrix in JIRA work management that I can use or how can I create new one?

We have the same question here. Found something in Jira Align, but this is a number too big for us ;-)
