How do I create a release report in Jira or AIO?

I need to run a report of what releases were completed the previous week and the releases that are coming up for the current week. I have tried the instructions provided in the link below. I have admin rights however, I do not have the option for Releases, cross-project releases, or project-specific releases, as indicated by the instructions in the link.

@Singleton, Shametta (Contr), make sure to enable this from the setting first. To do this,

1. go to your team managed software project

2. go to Project Settings > Features

3. Enable the Releases Features

A new menu item, Releases, will be added to the project menu

Let me know if this works.
