How do I create a templated story description to save time for my project managers

- we are following a standard "Problem", "Details" and "Acceptance" model however we now need to also account for "Auditing Requirement", "Permissions", "Configuration" etc 

- it would be helpful that when PMs are creating stories, the description field has this sections already in there to save time and to serve as a checklist for PMs to put in all their requirements

- is there an easy way to do this?

There are quite a few Marketplace apps that can help with this scenario, even some that are free.

currently it is not possible to pre populate text into system fields which the Description field falls into in classic projects.

Check the status update on the following Feature request for this functionality, as its currently being developed and should be soon coming to Jira cloud:

As I understand from the ticket, it is available already for next gen projects. But let's be serious, who uses those ;-)?
