Hey- this is a feature I would love to use if available in Jira. I am trying to build out a workflow as a template, that I can easily duplicate. Ie. I want to create an onboarding checklist- every time we have a new hire we have the same tasks associated with our onboarding process. How can I create a project workflow that I can then duplicate, as many times as I need? ie. If we are onboarding multiple new hires at once, I will need the same template reiterated for each individual. Asana has this feature but trying to switch this workflow into Jira. Let me know,
Thanks.
Hey, @Cara Hostetter
Not sure if this is exactly what you need, but we are using checklists for recurring tasks like onboarding. They are also quite useful for having Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria, etc. in your tickets.
You can set up the automation in a way that these checklist templates will be automatically added based on the content of an issue and the workflow setup.
