How do I create epic links in my scrum board?

HI,

Following the steps on the page below, I dont see the option for 'EPICS' in my scrum board. What am I doing wrong?

Welcome to Commmunity!

Go to the Backlog and open the Epics Panel to view and manage your epics. List of epics: The Epics Panel displays a list of all epics in your project.
