How do I create issue using email handler for specific project rather than the default

I can add comments to existing issues and I can create new issues in the default project. I want to create an issue from an email which is assigned to an existing project based on subject - this would save me creating them under the default and then having to move them.

You would need an app for it like JETI or JEMH:
