How do I delete my account

Hello,

I signed up to use Jira during a 3 months training.

I used the product (along with some of my classmates) for 3 days and forgot about it.

I just received an email telling me that my 14 days trial is over and that I have to pay 366$.

It's freaking out as I can't afford to throw that kind of amount (I'm currently unemployed).

How do I get to delete my account ?

I'm sorry, I think I made a mistake somehow but I do not intend to pay as I can't afford it.

EDIT : Ok so I've just been looking things up on the internet and apparently if I don't add payment information my account will automatically switch on a free plan. Am I right ? I'm sorry to freak out so fast but the mail was pretty scary

If you are talking about the Jira Cloud then,

You don't need to worry about the Subscription amount as it is just calculated estimated fee. If you want to use the same site you have to pay the amount.

To cancel the Subscription Please follow the below steps.

If you want to delete a site, you must cancel its subscription. 

Go to Cog icon > Billing > Manage subscriptions > Cancel subscriptions.
