How do I display issues in a classic project in the Agile format?

We are running Jira Agile, but have some projects that were in the system before we started using it. I want to see the tasks in those older projects on the new Agile board.

I found this thread, but it lacked specific steps that need to be taken.

Particularly, it looks like I need to add the project to the enabled projects list for the plugin. How would I do that? And once that is done, will I be able to group my issues into sprints and look at them on the board?

Here's the answer which someone from Atlassian explained:

1) Go Agile --> Manage Boards.

2) Click Create Board

3) Create Scrum board (which is what I want)

4) Board for existing project

5) Name and select project and hit Create Board.
