How do I display parallel sprints after it is enabled?

I have admin access as I manage our software projects within Jira. Recently, after doing some research, I asked our enterprise admin to enable parallel sprints and they said the feature should be good to go. I still cannot access this feature.

Does this apply to both team and company managed projects? I know I read it does not apply to next-gen projects, but believe it should apply to team and company managed. I believe we are on a team-managed structure.

Hi Dyan,

Next-gen project type was renamed to Team Managed Projects.  It does work for Company Managed Projects.  

I'm not sure if non-admins can see this setting.  In the Cloud, from the Admin Menu (Cog/gear) -> Products -> Jira Software Configuration.
