How do I display the issues that have an original estimate over 6 hours?

You can try the following:

originalEstimate > 6h

This is the filter query I am using and it is displaying an issue that is only assigned 2 hours for the Original estimate. 

project = MICKEY AND Created < -6h AND Status = Open
