How do I do to have dashboards

Hey guys I need help. Because we are needing some dashboards.

Maybe I need a pluging or something, can you advise me?

For example, I need to know with a dashboard, the progress of the epic, if we are delayed, if we are on time. Regarding of all the Tasks and User stories that are child of that epic.

In other words we need dashboard for program managing purposes. Like good information that people with High-level perspective can understand.

As Fadoua points out, dashboards are a native feature of Jira. Navigate to the 'Dashboards' section in your top bar while in Jira, and start playing with them. However, it could get very tricky to visualize exactly what you require.

Anyone can create dashboards in Jira. What you are looking for is customized dashboard with specific information for upper management may be.

In that case you will have to create JQL queries and add them to the dashboard. If the gadgets that come out of the box are not meeting your needs then you will need a plugin.
