How do I edit the workflow of my next-gen project?

Hi, I'm using next gen but want to change the issue's workflow.  I do not see this in projects settings, how do I change this?

Hi Ligmie, 

You need to add columns to your board. There aren't "Workflows" as you might know them from the past. For next gen projects, your workflows is your board.

Hi @Ligmie Preval - Further to what @Kian Stack Mumo Systems said, you can also add basic rules to your board, by going to … > Manage rules in the top-right corner. This will give your board some basic workflow-like functionality.
