How do I export My dashboards from JIRA 7.4.6 to JIRA 1.13.13

Hi Team, 

I had a shared Dashboard in JIRA 7.4.6 version that also I marked it as my favorites. I recently upgrade it to 7.13.13 version. Now, when I try to access my dashboard or my favorites I am not able to access it. Could you please help me on this so that I can start working with my dashboard in JIRA 7.13.13.

Hi Aruna,

welcome to the Community!

While it is a bit hard to say what the exact problem with the Dashboard might be, especially, after upgrade - did you check if permissions are still properly set?

From my experience a Dashboard should not go away by chance.
