Hello Jira team,
We would like to run an analysis on each issue's process status and how long did it take.
For example, we have To Do, To Be Developed, Developing, Use Case Reviewing, Code Review, Functional Testing, Basic Testing, In Release Branch etc.
We basically would like to know how long does it take for each task to move to another status, how long did this task take to develop, how long did this task take for testing, etc.
Please advice, thanks!
Hello @Becki Lee
There are multiple plugins available to do this as this can't be done out of the box.
The way I do it is via "Better excel" (paid) plugin
Here's the documentation about it

I like this solution the most as the report is in excel sheet already and you can write some scripts to transform the data before the download .

Hi,
you can have a look at our free add-on Status History which helps to analyze how statuses change on each issue. More details you can find in User Guide.
If you need more specialized analysis to compare issues through the project, you can check paid add-on Status History PRO and its viewer.
