I have a backlog shared by multiple boards and scrum teams. I only want to view the stories in the backlog for the board I manage, not the stories for the other boards in the same project.
Example- I want do not want to see any stories or epics for "IMT" in the view of the backlog.
I do want to be able to view and prioritize "APIs-DevPortal "stories in the backlog.
Per screenshot below- I want to see highlighted items and nothing else.
Hi Spencer,
I am not on the Jira team, but I will try to help.
You could try creating a Quick Filter to allow you to only see the items you want to see.
Notice the Quick Filters at the top.
Although it also seems like your team may benefit from having multiple projects with one board per project instead of the one project, multiple boards setup you currently have.
I hope that helps1
You can create a new board where the board's JQL will exclude IMT and include APIs-DEVPortal.
Or if you're on server you can use this app
You'll be able to filter Epic list and Issue list using JQL separately .
There is no cloud solution to do that yet.

@Prem Chudzinski _extensi_ Thank you for the reply. Do you need certain access to create a new board, filter by JQL? I have not executed these type of tasks in JIRA before.

You need to be a board administrator - normally that will ba a scrum master.
Go to Board button->Configuration->General->and you'll see JQL used for the board. You can modify it and that will remove Epics or Issues from the board.
But I can't imagine working like that.
