How do I fix a token issue with the JIRA Clockify Add-On?

We are receiving this error message when trying to access the Clockify Add-On for JIRA.

We've had no issues with this Add-On for a year until today.

It is not all projects.   Just seems isolated to one specific JIRA project and all of their user stories.

Have you tried resetting the key once?

From the error that you get it seems that it is a Timeout, and not a validation error. Does everyone in your team get this?
