How do I fix this issue with commits?

I messed up my commits:

They should have been [MSA-27] {MSA-36]. Now some commits linked to wrong issue.

This issue is now resolved. Using TortoiseGit I was able to do to a Rebase and Edit the affected commits and then for a forced Push with known changes.
