How do I flter a report that will show me when my risks have become issues

Hello! I am attempting to pull a report that will show me when the risks I have entered into my Kanban board have become issues. The outlining concern that I have is that the current workflow set up dumps out all information in a risk ticket when you choose to change it to an issue. Users have basically been closing all of their risk tickets and opening new tickets as issues. Perhaps it would be more effective to pull a report from closed tickets?

Hi Crystal. Can you elaborate on "the current workflow set up dumps out all information in a risk ticket when you choose to change it to an issue"? What information might that be, and what appears in the Jira issue after the dumping?
