payment failed the other day due to insufficient balance on the card
don't want to add a new payment method - just want them to retry the payment on the same card
can't find a way to do this in the billing experience
Been there — card flopped at the worst time. Atlassian usually retries failed payments automatically within a few days, but it’s not instant. You can’t manually trigger a retry, but make sure the card now has funds and just keep an eye on your email. Sometimes waiting feels like spinning a wheel at https://uk.notgamstop.com/bonuses/free-spins-no-deposit-no-gamstop/ — just hoping the next attempt lands right! If it doesn’t go through soon, support can nudge it manually.
