How do I get notified by email every time a Project is added to my JIRA Cloud instance?

I am a project manager and I would like to know how to get a notification by email anytime a new project is created in my Jira Cloud instance?

Your question is different to the one in the title - do you want notification for each Task created in a project?  If so this is done via the projects Notification Scheme, you need to add your user to the 'Issue Created' event.

If, as the body of your question states, you want notification for each new Project created in the instance, I'm not sure that's possible...

Thanks for your response, I do want to know about project creation not task creation.  Title changed to reflect my actual question.
