I'm the space/project owner for jira work management and have created a marketing request form - as the marketing manager i need to be able to prioritize the teams work by essentially reviewing requests first and then assigning them but i don't get an email when someone submits a request.
A few have been created and just put in the list. Unassigned and obviously not actioned.
Please help!
JWM project forms create tickets with a label `business-form`. You can create an automation rule to send an email on issue create with this label.
