I’ve been trying to migrate our standalone to cloud today, mostly unsuccessfully. In the end I downloaded the migration assistant and that worked very well. My problem is that although the migration assistant reported no errors and tells me the site is migrated successfully, I still get the error "Problems with your import" when I try to do anything on the cloud site. It says the message should disappear but it hasn't. Can someone tell me how on earth to contact Atlassian to get this sorted? I'm into the fifth hour with this and am tearing my hair out. To be clear, I'm pretty sure the site is migrated correctly, I just can't access any part of it because of this error message.
It appears that you are a site admin for a free license, correct? If so, you are relying on the community to answer your questions. I do not think you can submit a support ticket when on the free license, per this information:
