How do I get the board drop down in project settings to show?

good morning, 

I have multiple boards up and running and in one of the boards in the project settings there is a board drop down option. However, this is not on my newest board. is there a way to show the board drop down? I purely want it for the card covers option. see pictures below.

In addition, I have just realized that the old ones are team managed software where the new one is a team managed business. would this have something to do with this? and is there a way to change it from business to software? (if I even need to)

Yes, the difference is that one is business and the other is software.

The features you see on the board are controlled by the template of project.

This is indeed the difference between the company and team managed projects. Team managed have the board dropdown, while company managed don't. In addition, you should go to your board settings in company managed to see more changes.

It says they are both team-managed, is the difference one being a business and one being a software?
