How do I have a bi-directional flow between JIRA and snow

Need to know step by step from JIRA side how do I have a bi-directional flow between JIRA and SNOW.

1. If I get a endpoint from snow side how do I test it in JIRA. Where should I check that url in JIRA to confirm that I can connect to snow using JIRA.

Hi @Bindiya Vikram Naik 

On Jira side you can either use Automation to make a REST call to SNOW or use an app like ScriptRunner for Jira on Cloud.

There are some apps like Exalate that also offers these integrations. Really depends on your needs.

Or another option could be to write your own interface outside Jira that will talk to both Jira and SNOW using REST API and webhooks.

Without using any app you can do some level of integration with in built automation rules, I explained how to do this here and here.

What do you mean by a separate license?
