We have a cloud version of JIRA that we use for customers and for our help desk to manage bugs / changes.
We want to use time tracking to get more visibility on the cost of fixing issues but do not want our customers to be able to view this information.
Is there any way of hiding it?

Hi Kim,
The only view that customers will have regarding the tickets will be through Customer Portal. Time tracking information doesn't show up in there.
