I have set up my JIRA project in Live Plans Portfolio, however several stories and epics that are shown on the JIRA board are missing.
How can I add them o Live Plans?

You have to choose the correct source or multiple sources to import the issues. You can create the filter for the i missing issues and also import that filter in the portfolio.
