How do I improve jira performance?

Everytime I refresh a dashboard or enter to a specific ticket, it takes ~5 seconds till the page is being uploaded. Any clue what might be the reason?

Hi @Nadav Covalio ,

if it's for Jira on-premise , it is depends upon JVM Memory, time to connect DB, custom fields, and number of schemes and issues in Server. these will help to identify the performance.

as per my knowledge Cloud is taken care by Atlassian only, You can raise a ticket to Atlassian Support by providing your Jira Cloud URL.
