I tried integration with the help of fresh desks article but the support team is saying there is some issue from Jiras end. Not sure how to resolve this.

Did Freshdesk tell you anything about what they thing the problem is on the Jira side?
What is the evidence/symptom that you experience that indicates the integration is not working?
Is this problem in code that your company created?
Have you reviewed other posts in the community related to Freshdesk integration to see if they provide any useful information?
