How do I link already created customers to already created organizations?

I have customers created in Jira that are not linked to an organization.  How do I add them to the organization they belong to?  The organization is already created as well, they just need to be linked together.

Hey Kirstin, welcome to the community!

You will need to go to the customers section of the settings and navigate to the correct organization. From within that organization there are options to add users.
