How do I log in as another user, as a enterprise JIRA admin?

I am our companies JIRA admin, and I have access to all of our projects. How do I sign in as another user, so I am able to easily see the issues their having from their side?

as an admin do the following

Jira settings > User management

search for the user, click view details then Login as user

there is no out of the box solution.
If you have scritprRunner add-ons and on Jira server, there is a built-in script that can help you do that.
