In chrome it reappears any time I do anything in jira, despite clicking 'dismiss forever'. Text:
"ScriptRunner Requires Action
Some of your scripts may not be compatible with the latest Atlassian GDPR changes that come into effect on 29th April"
If I try clicking 'show me' instead of 'dismiss forever' I wind up at a script details page which shows I have no scripts.
Hi Jenny,
Thank you for your question.
I can confirm that the GDPR warning banner will be staying for a short while yet so that we can advise customers who have not yet updated their scripts or to highlight when they add scripts which are not GDPR compliant and need updating.
If you have updated all of your scripts then you can simply ignore this banner as you will have no further actions to complete being compliant for GDPR.
If this answer has solved your issue can you please accept it in order to mark this answer as correct for users who are searching for a similar issue.

Kristian
Hi Kristian,
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately 'simply ignoring' the banner is difficult as it appears every time I interact with a page in jira, such that I can wind up with 10+ banners covering the right side of my window, each of which I have to dismiss individually to see the content on that side (see screenshot attached.) I have no scripts installed. If this bug is not going to be addressed when will the banner stop showing up?
Thanks,
Jenny

Hi Jenny,
Thank you for your response.
Could I please ask you to raise this bug inside of our support portal located here, so that we can capture more details on this bug which can be shared with the developers.
Once we have a support case open for this then we can capture the details about your Jira Cloud instance that the developers will need to be able to look into this issue in order to advise further on why this behavior is occurring.
Regards,
Kristian
