How do I make format changes to a screen

I have added some custom fields and they are appearing in the screens with out issue, however the format of the fields does not look professional. The field name wraps while the answers take up most of the page. I would also like to add a section heading on the page to identify it for my users.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community

From my experience and observation, when you give your custom fields a title that looks like a description, chances are text will wrap. Maybe try to shorten the titles.
