How do I make "Assignee" a default field automatically for all projects?

Meaning, when I create a new Simple Issue Tracking project http://prntscr.com/72otjy , I need "Assignee" to show up as a field on the Create Issue screen http://prntscr.com/72oud1

I should not have to change the field configuration every time I create a project. http://prntscr.com/72ov5o

We have been giving JIRA a test run, and that would end our ability to use JIRA as my CFO will not go for that.

I am sure it is a simple fix that us non-technical folks don't understand

Please help me out. Thank you.

Hi there,

If you use the Project Template that uses the Default settings of JIRA for your created projects, then, if in your Default Screen Scheme you have the Assignee field on it, it's likely that all your JIRA Screens, including the create issue screen, will have the Assignee field by default.
