How do I migrate my Community Licensed JIRA server to the Atlassian cloud?

I am a consultant at a non-profit and we have both JIRA and Confluence running on expired community licenses in our little data room. We ae shutting off the physical servers that these Atlassian servers are running on and would like to migrate them to the Atlassian cloud. I attempted to claim our free migration trial and found that you do not get one of those if you have a community license. What is the process to migrate to the cloud in this case?

We have four years of JIRA and Confluence data and around 70 active users. We do not have any customizations. We do plan to use the Atlassian migration tools if they are available to us in this use case.
