How do I move issues reported by 1 user to another

I want to delete a user, but first I must move the issues "reported by" to another user. How can this be done?

The problem was that some of the issues were closed. I searched for all other issues then I could use the bulk change to edit this. The remaining closed issues I reopened, changed the reporter using the bulk change, then closed these again. I can now delete the user.

Hi, you can do a search for all issues with a reporter of the user you need migrated. You should then be able to do a bulk edit and change that reporter to another users.

I can only seem to do a bulk change, and Reporter is not an option. How do you get to bulk edit?
