I have a couple of projects that we've spun off to a different division of our company but we're using a new Jira site. How do I move tickets from the source site (Jira Enterprise) to the destination site (Jira Standard) while retaining as much as possible in the way of relationships and links and attachments? The Copy Data functions seems to have more than I need.
hello,
Welcome to Community :)
Similar to what Mohan said you. can use the data copy feature : https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/copy-product-data/
Please make sure that the user performing this is the org admins of both the site.
Thank You,
Prachi
You could do a CSV Export/Import but I would do a Cloud to Cloud Migration for the specific projects. If you don't need the configs and such you can simply Bulk move the issues to a different project after migration.
I don't think issue links outside the migrated project will be retained but that's the case for both CSV and Cloud Migration, unless all of these are migrated at once.
If you go for C2C Migration you can delete any unwanted data and configs after you've got everything where it needs to be. Disclaimer: I personally hate the CSV Import so would always tried to avoid it ;)

Hello, Good day. You could perform cloud to cloud migration for the required projects. Please refer to the following link. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Cloud-Admins-articles/Jira-cloud-to-cloud-migration-is-getting-a-new-home/ba-p/2542627

If you need to move Jira issues from one site to another, and are willing to use a third-party app, our app Deep Clone for Jira can make this process efficient and straightforward.
With Deep Clone's Instance Clone feature, you can clone issues, including comments, attachments, work logs, and custom fields, from one Jira Cloud instance to another.
