How do I renable the 'code block' and other markup within a Project?

The project admin broke it/disabled it somehow and I cannot figure out to restore. This is the markup that lets you type '{code}' to print in a monospaced text frame.

My suspicion would be the field renderers have changed, see here:

I'd suggest you try checking the field configurations associated with that particular project, you can then check the text field rendering types. You'll want to ensure that the renderer is set to Wiki Style Renderer.
